Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in IT;
- Knowledge of:
– Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server, Exchange), (Linux is an advantage);
– VmWare, Hyper-V virtualization environments;
– switching & routing systems would be an advantage;
– antivirus security solutions, mail server protection (an advantage);
– other information security systems (an advantage). - Technical incident resolution skills;
- Quick team integration and ability to coordinate activities with technical department members;
- Eager to continuously learn and grow professionally with the entire technical department and the entire company;
- Team player;
- Mandatory knowledge of Romanian and Russian. English – intermediate level;
- Driving license, category B.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of IT security solutions in companies in the Republic of Moldova;
- Certification on the company’s security technologies for implementation at the company’s customers, including providing post implementation support.
- Maintaining the technical support relationship with the companies in the Republic of Moldova for the purpose of post-implementation consultation and resolution of incidents received from them;
- Maintain the relationship with the manufacturer to coordinate the resolution of technical issues;
- Maintain the relationship with the manufacturer in order to better understand the specifics of the products in its portfolio;
- Simulating security solutions in the company’s internal infrastructure, testing them and presenting them to the company’s customers;
- Demo presentation of the company’s solutions to its customers, participation in local and international events;
- Providing maintenance and active support for the services rendered to companies in the Republic of Moldova;
- Travels outside the country to presentations organized by manufacturers in order to learn their portfolio and to obtain technical certifications on the products offered.
- Participation in training and certification trainings on the solutions studied.
